🔥 How to Get Into Your Flow

We’ve all heard the saying, “Objects in motion stay in motion.” While it’s often about physical health, I’ve recently realized how much it applies to my professional life, too.

Over the last few weeks, working with my personal fitness trainer has been a game-changer. But what surprised me most was how this sense of momentum carried over into my work. On the days when I feel stuck, when it’s hard to get into my flow, I’ve found a simple way to reignite that spark—and it doesn’t start with work.

The first place I go for inspiration is outside myself. I love diving into helpful resources, exploring new creators, or checking out startups tackling interesting challenges. Just spending 10-15 minutes at the beginning of my day learning about how others solve problems gets my brain in motion. Seeing a fresh perspective makes me want to jump in and start solving problems of my own—whether for clients or in everyday life.

This process has shown me that sometimes, to get moving, you need to see others in motion first. Watching people take risks, try new things, and push through obstacles reminds me that I can do the same.
